Transfer of technology holds the key to agricultural development on a sustainable basis. In the evolution and spread of the agricultural technology, the prime actors are the researchers, extension personnel, input agencies and the farmers. For heralding agricultural development, therefore, there must be both structural and functional linkages between and among these four sub-systems. The book presents a comprehensive account of a research study detailing its conceptual, theoretical, methodological and factual framework.
